Wonder what they are implying by saying 'with all existing benefits'. Unlimited high speed data was an existing benefit and I am not sure 128kbps is anywhere near that.

My speed has not been downgraded yet though (pretty sure im past 4 gigs today).

and those who still want the unlimited speed thrill can buy a jiofi device. 3 months unlimited for 2k is not bad imho, unless of course they migrate the jiofi owners to the welcome offer too later.
