i think they issue an instant card first. but you do get a physical card if you are approved.

I applied for this. But after waiting almost 10days they denied it.

I wonder what could be the reason? I have never defaulted on any payment ever.

Also they did a video call KYC, how do I tell them that since they denied me a card, they need to delete the KYC details and video call record too. Any idea?

Not a right time to apply for new cards. Banks are doubting persons ability to pay. Unless you got bank account with them and a good balance or salary crediting every month.

What was the limit you applied for? And how much would that be as a % of your monthly income?

Don't tell us but just check this yourself. Should be below 50% I think, not sure.

Limit are assigned by bank automatically. User cant decide.
I have a apay card with 3l+ limit and i just gave my pan card n aadhar as docs to them.
No income proof. I think it is on basis of other credit card limit in ur cibil report and maybe Amazon account activity.

My Paytm First credit card (Citi) application got rejected last year because of too much unsecured credit, so I'm a bit scared to even apply for any card.
