My FASTag got delivered today.

The tag was printed and shipped by ICICI Bank via BlueDart. It makes sense now as to why the tracking wasn’t available on Amazon.

I wanted to deactivate my FASTag today and spent a good half hour reading articles and digging through menus, only to realize there’s virtually no actual way for a customer to deactivate it despite the FAQ clearly saying there is.

I eventually had to call customer care, and the representative asked me for the “order number” from 2 years ago just to locate the tag.

A deactivation request has now been raised, which apparently takes 3 business days. I also tried doing it directly through the ICICI website, but the FASTag doesn’t even appear in their database.

Is it possible to get Amazon ICICI Fastag when RC is being transferred from one person to another?

The process takes about a month and I am unable to renew office covered parking without the RC. I have been parking in MCD open parking in this weather
