well the biggest question has not been whether it is real or not. it has always been about whether it would meet the high expectations and standards defined by mgcarley. he seems to know pretty much all the obstacles he is going to face running an internet service operation in india. but it is hard to say about the real world.

If I had a month which I could give you, I'd tell you. I've mentioned numerous times that it's NOT in my control as to when the government gives me the go ahead.
I've made the mistake of giving a date before without some things being finalized, I'm not going to to it again until that green-light is given.
Unfortunately that is the situation, and pestering them on the phone only does so much good, which is why I'm coming back to India for a short visit in March to try and hurry things up blah blah I've said it all before.
