You are getting the same confusion as sach92.
The other ISP will also do what Hayai will do for high usage, but they will not make it public that they will do so. Hayai are making it public that's all.
Mgc has said this before as well, true unlimited is a farce and nobody can do true unlimited. Some tell us this, others don't.

The other ISP will also do what Hayai will do for high usage, but they will not make it public that they will do so. Hayai are making it public that's all.

Well, It has also been said by MG if there are 100 users using say 50 GB, & one user uses 1 TB - he would not still be too concerned.He is more concerned with the average (here the average would be 1.5 TB for 100 users, his buffer is 20 TB)
thats why i spoke about the law of averages. if the overall usage is low, some heavy users would not get penalized.
But at the same time if some heavy users are driving the average usage more than it should be, then they will take action.
To prevent this from happening in the first place they will be taking some measures after continued abuse of 3 months.

and that is the reason why airtel annoys me so much. they want me to pay 1200 rupees for 15GB at 1mbps and 256kbps after that. that is NOT REASONABLE.

yeah but downloading more than anticipated usage THRICE or FOUR times in an year Wouldn't bother them then!
i would stay with a service provider who is honest about the realities of running a profitable business.
the guy is not enforcing a FUP on your plan. he just wants you to be reasonable with excessive usage.

I was comparing them with the tariff of fivenet tariff and speeds from 5net See the above posts and if you can see tat.. Its ok ???
