Android Phone 20K-25K

Please suggest best option in price range of 20K-25K.
I finalised HTC Desire 816, but it is out of stock in my region. Flipkart is having 3rd party sellers who are looting and selling it arounf 27K.
What about Moto X ?
Can Nexus be considered ? It is listed at around 27K on Flipkart.

Moto X if you have a Standard Chartered Card can be a decent deal (considering you are not going to go by pure specifications alone) though I am still going to be biased for Nexus 5. You can of course also look at alternatives from Gionee and Oppo and Xiomi etc. :

is Nexus 5 a perfect phone in this range ? Some reviews said, it has poor battery life as compared to other android phones' average battery life.
What are your views about Desire 816 ?
Primary usage will be - Internet browsing, Emails and occasional gaming / camera usage.
Though regarding hardware or processor, there is no competition to Nexus.
How is Moto X, processor performance, any user here ?
P.S. Only want to consider popular brands like Samsung, Sony, HTC, LG

I would stay away from HTC devices personally unless you are going for their flagship models.

I would still go for Moto X for the speciality features. Though it's a pretty bad time to go for either of these phones. 6+ months old with no price cut.

Moto X and Nexus 5, just choose between the two, both have 4.4.3.
Nexus 5 -> good hardware, Moto X -> good user experience.
