Android phone of price Range 15k to 22k

Please suggest a good android phone for my brother. Price range is 15k to 22K.
Want to avoid brands like karbonn and micromax.

If you are looking at 25K price point, may I suggest Sony Xperia ZR. Everything the Z has in a smaller package.

I am using Nexus 4 now screen on time is around 3 hours, yes its on the lower side but I dont think phone with great battery offers screen on time more than 5 hours.
Other negative point is its delicate (subjective) But on positive side great body and processor speed and no spam apps and features attached.

3 hours wow so less ? gsm arena is suggesting 30 hours of use without recharge lolz

I would suggest extending the budget and getting a Nexus 4 or Galaxy S3.

And I would never spend 15 - 22k to buy a used phone.

s3 has better battery life though...but would rather go with N4
