Hi! I want to buy a smartphone for my mother. The one she's using right now is Mi Note 4 (for more than 2 years now). She doesn't have any issues with it as such, but recently she has realized the importance of 'camera', because of Zoom meetings and video calls. Mi has screwed up the operating system over time, so I would really avoid buying an Mi phone. Usage is quite limited to games such as Angry Birds and YouTube.

Just realised that G31 has AMOLED screen.

Or you can wait for G71 as it's about to launch on Jan 10. It has amoled, only thing not known is the pricing.

G71 is 300 euro , so should be about 22K INR.

These phones are not even on displays at offline stores so that one can get a hands on experience.

I think one has to decide to opt for a 5G phone or an AMOLED display in this budget.

Now I'm absolutely okay with an IPS LCD display, because my sister doesn't really care that much about it, but what I'm concerned about is the lack of basic accessories for Moto G51 like a tempered glass or a good quality case.

Amoled cost more to replace. So better go for ips. Only advantage I see is always on display.
