Epsilon build? Which one?

I'm on the latest CM9 Nightly build by Quarx (CM9-NIGHTLY-120330-Defy+). After reading a lot on XDA, I found that Quarx's build is better than Epsylon's. Moreover, Quarx owns a Defy+, so his Defy+ builds would be much more stable and bugfree, which really is.

I guess Defy+ owners can expect an official Cyanogenmod support soon.

I thought Quarx was mostly working on Froyo kernel and Eppy on GB kernel. Eppy did post a 04/06 build for defy (froyo kernel). It is best ICS rom I have used so far.

I've flashed his build without flashing any kernel separately. So I assume that it still uses the stock GB kernel from by previous stock ROM.

I had a question on Wifi direct......is there any way by which i can setup my Wifi router so that i can connect phone to PC via Wifi direct? I know theres AirDroid, but for that i still need to open the app & enter the password on the PC......i want to know if i can use Wifi Direct?

Do you want to access files on your PC on your phone using wifi? If that is the case, you can use ESfilexplorer on your phone.

No. Lets say i have a 200 odd MB file in my cell & i want to transfer it to PC, or vice versa......i just use the "Share via Wifi direct" option on my cell & send it to PC, or just right click on the file on my PC, and send it to Cell via Wifi Direct. It can be really convenient. AirDroid is there, but then it requires u to take some steps before u can freely transfer stuff between Cell & PC.
