Any idea about Portable AC?

Sis is looking to buy one for her rented home. Are they any good? I didn't find much positive things about them online.

Very expensive too, minimum 60 k I think, not worth it, won't be cheap to service in case of breakdown

60k :O The ones available in the market start from 25k I think. Sis is looking at a croma model. Lol. Didn't find any online except 1 or 2 by Lloyd.

Also they are split type, don't think that was the case before, not sure though.

Shouldn't be big issue now, it's just a different type of split ac
