any problem with MTNL DSL 599 plan in mumbai

hi guys!!!I have subscribed to DSL-599 plan in mumbai where you get download of 1 gb a month. Earlier I was on 399 plan. after subscribing to this new plan my ADSL light is not stable and goes off,and net does not work.What can be the problem with this plan....Earlier also ie 2 mnths bk this had taken place,I immediately changed it to 399 plan.. and everything was normal...Any one facing this problem.... I called up 1504,but as usual they do not know anything.....please help me.... I am frm sion exchange..........

ya!!! but i want more replies!!!! cause almost need the net evryday and when i change back to 599 plan,my net goes kaput!!!! so it takes MTNL 2 days to change back to some other plan!!I just wanna confirm!!!!! Please tell me ur suggestions?????
