Any way to get old recharge details from PayTM?

I was checking and verifying my old bank account statements and Paytm recharge receipt mails (since 2013), and I found that I haven't received email receipts for many recharges. So I tried to check the details via PayTM website and app and I found that only the recharge details since 2016 is available there. Is there any way to get those old details? Or any way to contact PayTM via email?
