I got an SMS today from airtel going something like - "we have noticed you are not using your broadband + fixed line connection much. If there is a problem please SMS us"I deleted the message before I realized I could give them a blasting.
I am trying to lodge a complaint for slow speed but on dialing 198 there is a pre-recorded message saying "this service is unavailable due to technical upgradation". Wonder what kind of upgradation they are doing since last week that the support desk is also MIA.
Not airtel. All company provide miserable speed in india. And even airtel makes it more worse by throwing
FUP(Fully Unpleasant part) . to all customers.
