I have Compared the quality of Big Tv with Tata Sky & Dish Tv andhave found following deficiencies.1) The Picture quality is found to be dull & sharpness is low.2) Set up Box is over heating3) Channels Hang while Changing.4) Takes longer time in booting compared to others Stb.5) Software is not user friendly.6) No Account Status Detail.7) No SMS alert Facility8) Slow Menu Operating9) No Active Services It is the request to kindly look into improvement of quality

completely agree... looks like they will do something to correct the problems temporarily nd then offer it at a throw-away price and bulid up a huge consumer base wid the help of a mountain like marketing and then gradually increase the price and decrease the service quality as they did for mobile phones.....:wall:...

Agreed !But you said ".....and decrease the quality.....". They dont have quality from the start ! so question of decreasing I can bet that the STB's will be some cheap chinese made boxes.

hey folks don't u discuss here what u don't know . Let it get launched commercially and then post about quality . some members like vipi has posted that video quality is excellent . So it depends as it is under testing phase .

Hi bro,

I am using Big Tv from 2 weeks and i dont face any problem like heating, channel hang (hpnd some time in night when they upgrade software), news active is in testing mode, started a new channel named Customer Care). Software is user friendly but no account status and SMS alert. Menu is slow some time but changing in two channels are faster then dish tv.

And a good news that they have added UTV Movies on channel no. 315
