Makes importing useless because of the 15% duty. Hopefully with 10% eBay coupons, they'd be available for 27 to 28k.

Just got The New iPad 16 GB Wifi+ 4G for 36k.So far its definitely faster than iPad 1. Reading on it seems like reading a newspaper. The retina display is that good.

How about the yellow/magenta tint on the screens? Mine has a slight yellow tint in one corner (only noticeable when viewing a total white picture) and was hoping it'll go away after I use it for a while. Almost a month now and it's still the same. If yours is fine, I'd try my luck getting a replacement. Just don't want to be stuck with another one with the same issues. Coz other than the tint, it's completely flawless. No wifi issues, screen bleeds or heating troubles etc.

^^ good! We want no hysteria at product launch so that genuine buyers have a flawless shopping experience!

Following a string of complaints across the globe (notably in Australia and the United Kingdom) regarding Apple’s branding of the 4G-LTE compatible iPads, Apple has tweaked the name of their cellular-connecting iPad in some regions. The new name is simply “iPad WiFi + Cellular,” and this is a shift from the former “iPad WiFi + 4G” branding. All first-generation iPad and iPad 2 models with 3G-data connections were referred to as “iPad WiFi + 3G,” and the 3G model of the 16GB iPad 2 that Apple still sells is still called “iPad 2 WiFi + 3G.”

I came here looking for news about the case... any idea if it's available in India or where it could be purchased online? And what kind of duty/additional charge would be applicable for a non-electronic item like a case bought online and shipped in from abroad?
