umm mac os x is going to be useless for you if it cannot run the applications you NEED in your work life.of course it's a great OS. but it's pretty useless for most of us.
thats the point with mac and mac pro too, u have less options as compared to windows, Apple i think sells more by looks, and whats the problem with ps2,
umm Apple is a great buy for people who needs a hassle free machine to surf the net and do their research papers. that's why they are hit amongst students.apple is great for video editing. ask any television channel and they would be using macs in their production room. mac pro are for them.i spent enough money on the ps2. and now i love the wii. i think i am done with Sony for now. i have spent more time playing on wii in a month than i have spent playing on the ps2 in 2 years.btw. apple could be a great buy for me coz i am sick of windows. i have linux on my desktop and i can use the mac os x on the move. if only i can get wireless internet connectivity. while on the move... i would just need a web browser and an office suite. along with some utilities. mac should be able to handle that while looking awesomely sexy ==============no brian... i do not need to hear your biased views here!
Don't buy a VAIO, they might look good but are fragile.
I was going to say something about the Mac here, but I realized that the thread starter was Sushubh. I can only do so much
One last time though, do not buy a Mac. I'm not going to explain myself as I have many times already. You're spending good money on a laptop, go buy a Thinkpad or even a Dell perhaps; anything but a Mac. If you don't like Windows, just slap Ubuntu on it; you're already quite familiar with it on the desktop.
