Official method is still iTunes. But there are unofficial web players out there mainly: Musish and https://playapplemusic.com/

Apple was also rumored to be working on a web player but who knows when.

Just realised: Apple Music family plan requires subscribing to iCloud sharing which makes sense only if you are an Apple device owner. Not otherwise.
