Not really surprising considering Larry Elison's proximity to Steve Jobs. Won't be surprised if Oracle buys over Apple someday.

Apple has USD 51 billion cash in hand. they are close to becoming THE most valuable company in the world. they are unpurchasable at the moment. rumors do say that apple might be interested in buying facebook. very unlikely to happen. but it's possible. the top value of facebook is said to be around USD 25 billion (heh!). apple can easily buy them.
