I guess you missed it outAt the bottom of the Bill, where cheque payment details is there, it mentions your Account number is same number mentioned on top of Bill as BAN number - 1000XXXXXXXXXX

nothing seems to be going well for me. eh? called up reliance broadband customer care. the dude was about to tell me what to do with this problem when stupid airtel dropped the connection. i would have to go through the entire thing once again. seriously annoyed with airtel right now.
ok here is a TLDR... I applied for a Reliance connection because Airtel backend was down and they needed a month to process my plan change request. I applied on Friday. I was told that it would be done by Monday morning. I waited till Monday afternoon and got worried. Decided to cancel the request. Canceled the check payment from my online banking. The dudes arrived late night. I told them to leave as I no longer wished to get that connection. Since the check was canceled, they have now sent me a 1500 bill. And I am not sure if they would add another 999+taxes to it next month. Basically, I never got the connection but I am getting bills for it.
Okie. So, now you have to directly approach Higer level escalations like Nodal, Appeletite and even Chairman's Office where no one will dare to reply you with above kind of mailer.
