Applying for Reliance Broadband connection in Gurgaon!

from my incomplete call from yesterday. the last message i got was that the connection showed as terminated at his end.

before he could tell me what i could do about the bill, airtel dropped the call.

i plan to try it again today. using my ancient tata indicom connection. cannot trust airtel anymore.

Was told... That I would get a confirmation call in the next three days and I am not supposed to pay this bill.

Let's hope so. It is hard enough to trust Airtel these days, I am dealing with Reliance here!

So it effectively means that if you need broadband (if u call it that way) in India, you need to take an Airtel connection.Thats it, no other options

i would not say so. people on the forum are happy with different players. ranging from BSNL to MTNL to even Reliance and of course Beam. i have my own reasons to stay with airtel.

People who have the options of Beam & MTNL are lucky.Am scared as I need to change my residence and will need to leave Spectranet. Was thinking about Reliance, but will never take a chance if this is what u get. Airtel has stringent FUP limits

on phone with reliance customer care. exceptionally polite girl this time. still no resolution though. had to call up after i got two calls in the last 24 hours. sir aapne bill pay nahi kiya ab tak.

ah well. i would not block telephone numbers using software apps. i used truecaller for a couple of days. removed it. was annoying.

I use it just to know city and operator name for unknown numbers . Never blocked any. And it works amazingly to provide name, city and operator of unknown numbers.

2MBps plan is gon without FUP one...and only 1MBps is left..it does have 2MBps speed in the night though. I thought they even removed the 1MBps one..
