Applying for Reliance Broadband connection in Gurgaon!

fcuking reliance. got another call. sir aapne bill nahi pay kiya hai.

i asked what is my reliance number that you are talking about.

she says... sir you have got the connection disconnected but you have not paid for the instruments.

i replied... i did not even take the connection so what kind of instruments are you talking about?

no response. line cut.

this has happened for the third time now. they cut the call when they do not have a response for my query. i mean come on... you are calling me accusing me of not paying the bills and you do not have responses to my reasonable questions. what the hell are you doing with your job?

called their customer care again. again the same thing. the complaint does not appear as resolved in our system. i am sending an alert to the relevant team. you would get a call in a day or two. horrors.
 
hah. the only place where i have some contacts in the higher ups is airtel and even they are painful to deal with these days. reliance broadband does not even have any social media presence the last time i checked.

I think i am going to go through this same thing .. ever since i disconnected my internet connection and told them clearly that last i used the net was on 12th august and that is the last day uptil which i will pay minus all the downtime .. these suckers are still busy generating bills ... i think from next month they will start troubling me also to start paying them ..
 
@ Admin: Problem is you have blocked ur PM so how came someone will help you. And its not like one way in Reliance. I have gt waiver when ad where required. This is the only company which displays PG Cell number on their website.I already told you to have ur issue resolved by mailing at Chairman's Office, but you seems to be in love with CC and Collection calling persons. :p :D
 
dude. simple things. reliance might have worked fine for you. but there are tons and tons of people who have been suffering from their services. face the facts. accept the reality. just because you are lucky with reliance... it does not mean everyone would be. this is becoming a common thing on the forum. you need to understand that your situation is unique to you alone. just because something worked fine for you, it does not mean it applies to everyone in the country. it does not really work like that in real life. and customer care is THE way you deal with service providers. i do not understand what you are trying to say here. everyone should mail to chairman's office to get their problems resolved? seriously? is that the proper way of dealing with problems? what is the use of customer care department? why not simply ask everyone to mail to the chairman's office? seriously. think. as for my blocking PM on this forum... it does not mean they have no ways to contact me. they have my phone number. they have my email address. i do not even use my real name on this forum. so how does that change anything? two words. grow up.

Reliance BB has a really really long history of looting ppl and sending crazy nonsense bills to ppl...had someone in family using net connect. Reliance sold them their limited Data plans as unlimited....their bills would come all in range of 2000 to 3000 PM probly even more...and now they are so terrified of using usb connection and unlimited plans that they have gone to some cable internet from TATA which is inactive for atleast 25 days in a month...
 
well i am just highlighting a simple problem.

reliance is shit. majority of people would agree with me.

and here comes one guy who has had good experience with reliance and he actually suggests another person to go for reliance cdma based on his own personal experience.

instead of saying, it has worked well for me so it 'should' work well for you too.

same thing here. i am making a mistake by contacting the customer care to resolve my problem. i am the wrong one here to not contact this chairman guy who would surely resolve the problem for me. i mean what the F.

i am sick and tired of listening to this tone on this forum.

for years, i had no FUP issues with airtel. but still, i stopped recommending airtel to anyone looking for a broadband connectivity. i still get pretty good support from airtel. but i would not suggest anyone to go for them based on my personal experience. i look at the bigger picture and see that airtel has messed up big time. how hard is it for others to do so?

(think of this post from me as a user on the forum not as a moderator/admin. i am just expressing my frustration and i expect it to be taken as such).
 
yup very nice to see u ranting dont see this often :P I have been ranting in the Airtel thread as the line never DC and retention dept happens to be roadside gundas almost demanding to continue with them ......
