I guess Maran brothers was waiting for this announcement, now they will fasten the DTH service.
When the world is changing from cable to DTH, it is very much amusing to find out TN government starting cable service just to fight against SVC.Such motives will never succeed as governments come and go and also their policies and projects.A fine example is the flyover at the Perambur Railway station in Chennai which was stalled by AIDMK when came in power and had to wait until DMK came to power again.If quality is what you expect,there is nothing to beat DTH.....be it SUN or TS or any other.
ACV will act only like an MSO. So same like SCV and Hathway Cable, ACV will also get the feed..Sun cannot refuse to give.... if they dont give, there are many ways that a government can do to get the feed 
friends ...ACV ( not arasu cable vission ..it is alagiri cable vission ) is created by some xxxx .. not for any good to poor people but only to stop the SCVs success..
in chennai alone ACV will be a MSO .. other places as cable wala only..
i accept .. no body stop their signal to any dth or mso .. it is already cleared by courts in sun and TS case.
