I just checked my balance, and found that it was deducted although I had not made any call and didn't sent any SMS.I called up the customer care, he said that I send a SMS to a 5-digit number. I checked again in my cell but there isn't any send SMS other than the toll free number and I remember I have NOT deleted any Sent details.Then, I called the customer care again and he said that the updation is not yet done on their system.What is this?One says that SMS is sent and the other says that updation not yet done? Any suggestions please?
