Automatic Balance Deducted from Vodafone Prepaid

I just checked my balance, and found that it was deducted although I had not made any call and didn't sent any SMS.I called up the customer care, he said that I send a SMS to a 5-digit number. I checked again in my cell but there isn't any send SMS other than the toll free number and I remember I have NOT deleted any Sent details.Then, I called the customer care again and he said that the updation is not yet done on their system.What is this?One says that SMS is sent and the other says that updation not yet done? Any suggestions please?

heh..which is the toll free number you talking about?? Don't take Vodafone for granted..they will charge for everything.

they are happy to help always as they say but don't help on anything ...
and the balance they have deducted ,i am sure that u will never get it back.
and at last we can't do anything ..

balance again deduced by Rs 3. I didn't mind it...But today, as I restart my phone, a msg as usual came stating balance deducted once again by Rs 3So, its now before+3+3 . What the F are they doing?Going to call the customer care and this time I'll blast them off.
