We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding your payment information.
We have updated our payment processing system to accommodate the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) e-mandate policy, so customers may now use credit cards with the e-mandate authorization to pay for Backblaze services.
If you have no issues with your current payment method, no action is required. If you’d like to change your payment method, you may log in to your account and check your payment method in the billing menu.

Effective August 15, 2024, the price of our USB Hard Drive Restores and USB Snapshots will be changing to $279. There will be no changes to our core Computer Backup and B2 Cloud Storage pricing.
As a reminder, you can restore in a variety of ways, including from the web or by using the Backblaze Client. To learn more about how to restore data for free or obtain refunds for USB restores, please visit Restore Your Data Docs and for USB Snapshots visit Snapshots Docs.
If you are administering a Managed Group, you can continue to create Snapshots and restores on a Group member’s behalf.

After careful consideration, we've made the decision to end the affiliate program. The current program and your participation in the Backblaze Affiliate Program will officially end on August 30, 2025. At this time, we will no longer be accepting new affiliate applications. You will continue to be eligible to earn commissions on qualifying referrals made through your affiliates links through August 30, 2025.
 
Please note, these changes do not affect all affiliates, some of whom will be transitioned into an updated program. Please check the email associated with your affiliate account for further communication.
 
Iirc you needed to be an active customer or something so I never got to apply.
