Backup Windows 8 on CD/DVD

I purchased Lenevo laptop which comes preinstalled with windows 8 (Original) and i havent received any disk with it. how can i backup windows 8 on CD or DVD that might come handy in case something happens to OS.

Not sure if OEM has any difference. But I thought nowadays key makes the real difference. You can obtain windows 8 from others also (reliable sources)

There should be a Recovery Software preloaded which will help you making a Recovery Disk.
