Battery life of wireless mouse and keyboard?

anyone else using a wireless mouse/kybd...plz share ur exp reg battery life..?
 
I had to buy them too nd my firnd probly got me the most expensive and the worst ones or maybe I just use my mouse too much......lol costed me around Rs 845 with charger and set of 4 still hurts :(
 
looks like hard core users should stay away from this wireless stuffs. I find a huge diff. between advertised and true battery life.
 
I previously had a Logitech Internet Pro wireless Combo .. mouse would eat 2 Duracells (AA) every 20-30 Days .. Keyboard would eat 2 every 3 months .. It was bought long back .. about 5-6 years back .. Now Got a Logitech MK250 Combo .. Mouse uses 1 Duracell (AA) upto 5-6 months .. Keyboard .. havent changed since I bought .. guess 1 year .. the only prb with the keyboard is it does not have a button which mimics mouse right click .. which I heavily use for spelling corrections etc ... so downloaded a software which would map the extra control key to the right click button .. loving the combo now...
