BBG Superspeed Combo 4999- lack of speed

I have got the following planBBG Superspeed combo 4999 at Shimla, where I am supposed to get 16 Mbps speed with a VDSL Modemtotal 110 GB per month with a charghe of Rs 4999 plus tax.I am not getting beyond 3-4 Mbps and all my pleas have fallen on deaf ears of BSNL at Shimla.Please help me- I have only got a ADSL modem -never got a VDSL modem despite several requests for this.

Try talking to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill. You may also try a word with the Senior Divisional Engineer. Call customer care and ask for his no.
