The CPE does use power, right? so you have very right for the claim !! Well you have to speak (actually negotiate) with the field Technician... He will then speak with his higher-ups for approval...

I once had the CPE at my place and got a discount of Rs.50/- on my bill... though this was about 6 or more years ago...

I got beam connection and also had the CPE installed.. I checked with the executive and beam call center they promised a discount of Rs. 50/- per month...
