So Beam, What was that post about ?? Youe customer care executive called me to confirm whether the connection is running now.... Connection is running now, thanks to a chance visit to my home by a Beam service guy who was looking for a home to rent. Nobody called me to find out why numerous earlier tickets were closed. Are you really interested in knowing the reason ? or just to spread bakwaas to people ??
Guys, Please note that Beam has had this bad habit of closing the tickets without any work done..... also they do not try to get confirmation from customer when such a thing happens. There is no use of escalation SMS also....You can rave about their speeds, but there are issues with their support staff and seems like there is no accountability.
