Beetel 110TC1 Hard Reset not working

Hard reset (Small button on the back pressed with a pointed object) on my beetel 110TC1 is nor working. Modem is not able to reset to the factory default settings and still retains the old settings.Interestingly any manual modification to any modem settings is also not working. I have tried to install the latest firmware too but that didn't help either.Please held me out with ideas. Regards,Atul
