Then comes the Hathway. I've used all these three.

Yes, it seems it uses the Reliance gateway. But still any blockages can be handled using proxies.

I guess ISP themselves will be helpless about it.

Act broadband here in Bangalore. Well only thing for them to catch is the service area which they are covering pretty fast. But where I reside it is ACT Broadband.
