Best Split AC to buy in 2010 ?

Hello Friends !I'm planning to buy one Split AC (1.5 TON) this season , I'm kinda confuse among various Brands present in the market .Can anyone please guide me for this . Mine budget is around 40K (With Installation).So please let me know which brand is best in regards to Cost , Electricity Bill, n usage . well real world scenarios? if its too hot, ACs would probably consume more power. same is the case with refrigerators.

Well see it this way , for each second a 5 star AC runs it draws less power than a 1 star AC (although this would be minuscule) so if its hot and the AC runs for a higher time , that translates to more savings

Also , median temperatures in Delhi have been fairly consistent in the last 5 years [History : Weather Underground]. So i guess the calculator takes that into account

OMG. that is expensive. I remember getting myself a Carrier 2 ton split AC for like 33K including everything a couple of years ago. i would have to get window ACs for this place though.
