Nope..there is no options at all. Like I said, ONT is a passive device and TP-Linkrouter is connected to ETH3 only on the ONT device.
So I think I better get a latest ONT device from BSNL returning this old model.
I am also facing a very low speed with a high ping on a plan of fibro 750gb. I am using this ONT and D-Link dsl 2750u. Pls suggest what should I do for getting the desired speed
I had the same issue at the end of April. Turns out I somehow managed to completely use my FUP (750GB) for the month. I just waited till May 1 and restarted my ONT and the speeds were restored. Did you try restarting your ONT/Router?
I have rebooted the ont and router but it’s still the same 11mbps and 50ms ping. I am thinking now to switch to some other isp because no body cares at bsnl
Which server did you use?
BSNL have peering with Google.Try downloading huge file from drive and revert back.
This will help us in determining if it is issue with BSNL peering or a specific connection based issue for you.
I got bridge mode firmware updated directly from Alphion and my ont interface has changed now.Alphion bridged mode firmware has eth1 port enabled, whereas BSNL bridged mode firmware has eth3 enabled.
Can you change any settings in network tab ?
Had sent mail to Alphion to get option of setting custom DNS and got reply that this ont is 2008 model and doesn't support many features.
