After a long wait I went ahead and purchased big tv from lajpat nagar web world on the day it got launched and since then I have done nothing but call the customer care center where they have recruited some real dumb ass illiterate CCRs. The problem began on day one with the brand new NON FUNCTIONAL set top box . It took one week to get it replaced and that too with an old set top box that the company had been using for months for demo purpose. When I requested them to replace it with a new set top box I was told none is available at the moment and the earliest that it can be arranged is after a few weeks. So the old set top box is installed after a week and it keeps getting hanged for which it needs to be turned off for a few minutes to get it back to working condition. This goes on for about two weeks and then suddenly the channels stop showing. On calling the CC i am informed that my account got deactivated by itself and it will take at most 48 hrs for the problem to get rectified. Today its been 5 days and still no action taken. All they do is give you a new complaint number and a promise to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.Go for relainace dth service at your own risk!!
