Billing Problem

i got my bill 2 days back.but i am confused abt. few things.my plan changed from 26th.i had used 1.004gb in plan 250 by then.by 31st march i had used 317mb from home500c.so my extra charges should be 172/-(215*0.8) and add 13.6/- for 17mb extra.so anyway extra charges sould be ard.200/-.also,i used only 800mb in feb. my bill is like this:FIXED MONTHLY/ANNL. CHARGE: BRO 29/02 25/03 208.33/-BROADBAND USAGE CHARGE 01/03 25/03 246.6/- SECURITY DEPOSIT BRO 26/03 09/04 500/-other details r not of use,so i have left them.my doubt is wat is SECURITY DEPOSIT BROOADBAND?i mean monthly charge is 500/-,which they take in advance,but in bill there is no mention of that.also wat r 208.33/- & 246.6/- meant for??is this SECURITY DEPOSIT returnable?if yes, when?:redface:

I understand that this is your march bill.As you said, if the plan is changed from Home250 to Home 500C on 26th march, I can clarify only these points(i) you shud pay rental for H250 from 1st-25th march = Rs208.33(ii) For combo plans You should pay one month rental advance as security deposit. And this deposit is returned when we terminate our connectionI would like to know what is your billing period.As far as i Know all broadband plans will be changed on the first day of a month. And also confirm you broadband usage for the month in the bill.And Feb usage does not affect your march bill.

(i) you shud pay rental for H250 from 1st-25th march = Rs208.33
(ii) For combo plans You should pay one month rental advance as security deposit. And this deposit is returned when we terminate our connection

my bill is dated 08-04-08.calls r from 1st march to 31st march.
but bb usage shown in bill is different from wat i calculated(in first line of quest.) from usage portal.also,does that mean that next month i will have to pay bb rental for both april & may i.e 1000/-??that is too much 4 me!!! i now think plan 500 was better...
