Black Airfiber unit spotted in Airtel store

Arey wts wrong with this airtel, cant it have one manfacturer for all of its equipment, throwing whatever products in a same year we have seen 3 diferent routers, at this pace we will die knowing which works best and by the time we do then the product gets old and cant have it too. lol.

And BTW I think the new black router seems to be new router which supports SA technology like Jio, cuz jio usest one router for all from 30 mbps to 1 gbps.
So as Airtel is going to incluse both SA/NSA in coming months isnt it possible the new router may support 1 GBPS, as most of the airtel users are actually premium users.
 
I have the 2nd one and i already feel its using 5G SA im from Mumbai circle

Where i live its extremely dense because of road traffic and metro traffic

But speeds on Airfiber are almost constantly at 43mbps down and 43mbps up
3 extra mbps for choosing airtel over jio 😂😂
 
Even I have the same device with 100 mbps plan, initially the speeds were 120 mbps but now after a month or so it reducedt to 80 to 90 mbps
Donet know why and how?
 
Kinda funny, but pretty much from the same time you all started discussing about hard cap, my local ISP with Airtel backend also hardcapped the speed. 😂 I am not crossing plan speed even on their own server now.

But it doesn’t have DPI like jio so I’m happy with it
