Arey wts wrong with this airtel, cant it have one manfacturer for all of its equipment, throwing whatever products in a same year we have seen 3 diferent routers, at this pace we will die knowing which works best and by the time we do then the product gets old and cant have it too. lol.
Its 4 different devices now
1.The OG AirFiber
2.The ODU and indoor router (2.5gbps router which they gave to me for a 40mbps plan idk why but its nice)
3.The New sleek design with esim support
4.unknown Airfiber unit seen in Airtel store by me
yeah, yeah i forgot the og.
And BTW I think the new black router seems to be new router which supports SA technology like Jio, cuz jio usest one router for all from 30 mbps to 1 gbps.
So as Airtel is going to incluse both SA/NSA in coming months isnt it possible the new router may support 1 GBPS, as most of the airtel users are actually premium users.
Even I have the same device with 100 mbps plan, initially the speeds were 120 mbps but now after a month or so it reducedt to 80 to 90 mbps
Donet know why and how?
Kinda funny, but pretty much from the same time you all started discussing about hard cap, my local ISP with Airtel backend also hardcapped the speed. I am not crossing plan speed even on their own server now.
