currently there is no way to do that ,plus im pretty sure they have mentioned not to unlock cpe in terms and conditions when u signed up for it

i think its a bad idea to do that

As of now going forward if we see airtel logo in interface page of router, we cant do anything because airtel (ISP) are manufacturing them with their version of skin while manufacturing itself, so there is no possible way even if we found original firmware, it wont be able to flash.
Correct me if iam wrong.

Even if it does there should be so many people using this cpe and then the developers might have a look at it to unlock, which i think is not gonna happen if airtel launches a new device every quarter 😂

And @Crane as per performance I think Beacon one is better in term of speed and stability, there is a storm past 2 days continuos heavy rainfall and still i can see a very good connection afterall Qualcomm chip it is.

So I would prefer this FWA over FTTH as. there would be wires cut after storms and we have to complain this and it willl take a day or so.
