With a 720 x 720 Super AMOLED 3.1-inch display, the Q10's screen is slightly larger than its touch-hybrid predecessor, the Bold 9930, and sports a much tighter pixel density of 328ppi (BlackBerry claims the display is 360ppi, which doesn't jibe with our math). The 1.5GHz dual-core CPU and 2GB of RAM keep the device humming along quite smoothly. It reacted almost instantaneously to input with no hiccups.

Blackberry does make solid looking phones. Have to give them this.

Q10 is a purer Blackberry experience. I expect it to do well internationally and even here in the Indian market.
It remains the only high end smartphone that would be available to customers who really needs a hardware keyboard. Android has none. iOS and Windows Phone have none. This market is practically untapped. And there are a lot of users who are still loyal to the Blackberry branding.

Unfortunately its going to be prohibitively priced in India (and even elsehwere) , otherwise, I might have been interested.

Right. it is supposedly more expensive to purchase compared to the Z10 which is sort of idiotic because it has a smaller display! :P I still think it would do much better in India than the Z10 which from no angle looks like a Blackberry :D Especially after HTC One copied the look of it :D

Well, Blackberry knows many people love them just for their keyboards models, so hence they are probably risking doing it. Its $250 on contract vs Z10 which was $200. So, I guess 45k launch price.

Still a better deal than what they charged for their BB7 based devices at launch.
