Blank calls from 022-66702500

From the last couple of days I am getting frequent blank calls from the above mentioned number. Sometimes three times a day, minimum one time per day. When i googled this number, I came to know that I am not the only one who is getting this blank calls. Many other tata customers are getting this blank calls. When I tried to call this number it just gets disconnected, no matter if i try from some other number too. I think its some automated phone number.When I contacted Tata Docomo Customer Care they say that they dont have any facility to trace this number or block this number, even after me saying that I am not the only one who is having this problem. They seem to just get away with this. Pathetic customer care. :ishock:Anyone else getting the same problem? Any other way out?

Is your postpaid bill over-due? Contact TATA DOCOMO's Nodal Officer's dept. Maybe someone will help you out.If all options fail, register a police complaint.

Mine is a prepaid number, so overdue bills issue does not arise. I will try contacting the Nodal Officer's Dept...

Dear nsm1234,Please lodge a police complaint about the aforesaid number from which you are facing disturbance, then provide us a copy of FIR Report so that we can provide you the details about that number.

@TATADOCOMOI don't want to waste my valuable TIME and MONEY to go to police and lodge an FIR. Meanwhile I have myself found a way out. I have installed a call filter on my mobile and blocked the number. If you really work with TATA, you should seriously consider this situation proactively as many people are getting blank calls from the same number, and most of them are subscribers of TATA.
