Booking an Uber ride just got as easy as sending a WhatsApp message. Starting this week, we are rolling out a new service that gives people the option to book an Uber ride via an official Uber WhatsApp chatbot.

I can't believe that demo was real. Awful UX.
WhatsApp bots can have dynamic buttons like Telegram, why aren't they using that instead of press 0 to go home wth? 17 year olds made same telegram bots with way better UX years ago for fun. and that website sucks too can't read anything.
