We keep our customers happy by providing all the assist from ourside . We respond fiber cut instantly. They know about us if problem beyond our control they won't bug us.

We are also in talk with TIC FIBER/ASIANET/RAILWIRE for redundancy if anything happens to bsnl we don't want to lose our 400+customers

@airforce: You didn't reply to the questions I posted earlier, I guess they might be too confidential, I respect that

Really you can so easily give NIB/Network team contact without any repurcussions :p

Hey what is with orange fiber cable like you take it out from some black box and use orange fiber to customer's premises?

Actually my guy was very cooperative, he was stuck in hospital emergency and still tried to make ends for me, he was simultaneously on call with higher-ups discussing my problem( I could hear them easily :p ) , tried his best and then said he couldn't get any thing done without coming on-premises and has yet to upgrade his OLT.

Few hours later he called back asking me to follow steps (stup AV/quick heal stuff request from higher-ups addressed to each node/ssa)

the only thing which irked me was when he took me as completely ignorant in these matter and has accusatory tones of what do I do to use that much data(1 TB).He said why I didn't notify earlier I said it was festive holiday so I didn't, he reassured me next time be it any festival do contact him if internet goes down.

SO I think LCO people are working hard for these newly-earned business

@vignesh_venkatesan : Railwire has comparatively more expensive plans than airtel,BSNL and others.

TV business is dying and trai has put it in Fastrack to death by introducing New tariff order.
So LCO has to look for other ways to earn thier ends meet, so every lco I know have started offering internet.

Well I am waiting for Netflix series on LCO mafia wars, if all the LCOs go competitive and their are only few transit provider in India I don't know how the fierce competition will scale well in India?
