Broadband Bill problem

Hi friends ,I have Home 500 plan of BNSL.The night unlimited is from 2 to 8 am.But they billed me for the free usage 2 to 8 am. I seen the usage details it shows 1.59 to 8.5 am and usage is about 3 GB.:wall::wall:Now please tell me why they did not minus 2 to 8 am. and my monthly usage is under 2.5 which they give as limit. I have got the bill more than Rs. 3600/- which I can't pay. They charged me for free usage. Please help me friends what can I do know.

Take a print out of the usage details. for full month.. and "MY Orders" page showing your plan. ( Even usage now charged , is listed in one night )Re check the summary at the top. What Chargeable usage is shown ( less NU). ?Talk to the A.O. He will waive the NU.In future switch off modem at 0155 restart at 0205AM disconnect at 0800.Presume you are under Home 500 ( and not Home 500C Limit 1.5 GB)
