The person should have somehow accessed your UserID and password. by assisting you in some problem in computer/modem 3. Then there is no question of hacking. 4. 99.9% your userID and PW cannot be used in any other phone 5. Assuming this is possible , keeping your UserID/PW confidential is a must. 6. Now you are on Home 750 unlimited usage , and no worry of excess billing. 7. As old Dataone user,Ip 59.xx.xx.xx better change the password now 8. New BB users with Ip 117.xx.xx.xx have another protection with 14digit portal ID, without it, userPW cannot be changed. 9. You cannot prevent misuse of the phone during your absence !( if you are in a flat complex and the telephone junction box is easily accessible )

This is just unbelievable !! :madness:..!! I got another bill today for Jan (5 days) and Feb..!! When I called up the customer service, they said that they might have forgotten to send the bill..!! This is getting on to my nerves...they also told me to expect the March bill cos I have only paid from April..!! How can they get away with such irritating sentences..!! They are hell bent on ruining me !!HELP..!!--Vinay...:huh:

Got first bill for BB 500 C from 15/11/08i was expecting as below deposit 500 installation 250 rent (15/11 to 30/11) 250 rent ((15/12 to 30/12)) 500 modem cost 1800 extra usage 225 225 MB extra Taxes 3525 but actual bill is 4.5K. Also there is not break up in my online bill. am i missing out something... other than taxes??plz help.
