I am having BSNL 250 plan and recently shifted my residence. In my new locality, the phone line got connected and BB was not working. When I checked with exchange people, they told that, the username and password is going to be the same and my line was already activated. But still my BB is not working even after giving the same user name and password. The exchange guys repeat the same thing that, the username and password is same, since it is just relocation and it will work without any issues. I thought of posting the query here before going to CC. Please let me know, if you have any suggestions in this regard.
