Broadband in Ahmedabad...please help ?

Hi, I am planning on 8 month stay in Ahmedabad. I need broadband with atleast 256kbps upload speed and 256 kbps download speed.should not block ports 5060Always on if possibleShould have a modem that can be used in transparent bridged mode in tandem with my wrt54g router(if possible)Should not block Skype I wanted to go with Airtel, but unfortunately they are not available. So that leaves BSNL or Tata plus a few other minor players. Does anyone have reviews? What do you guys recommend in A'bad( Vatva GIDC area).TIA

Thankyou for the response. internet compare.com only shows BSNL for Ahmedabad. But I kinow other services are also available.
