My home electricity is fine i guess....is it possible to get earth from light pole because my landline wire is stuck in there

I hope you understand line tester! see typical power outlet has three sockets named as L-Line,N-neutral,E-Earth in correct wiring system L is connect to phase pole and this L socket is placed at Right hand side .line tester should glow on the L socket and in faulty wiring sometimes tester glows on E sockets. This causes problems to some sensitive appliances

But isn't if it is home issue then broadband behave same once power cut because my inverter connection is everywhere same as power

If inverter wiring is not done properly, polarity on inverter gets reversed i.e. L socket becomes Earth and E-socket becomes Line.

I am getting your point but the thing is if it is home issue then this problem stay 24x7.

If you are sure that polarity does not reverse on inverter then it should be some fault in telephone line

How to find out that line issue ?

I think you should call lineman for that,may be wire got some cuts and it is getting earthing from ground.

There is 3 4 cuts in it maybe that is why it is happening
I will try to call them tomorrow but they ignore till connection is not totally dead.
