Also France had ordered that new buildings should "be compatible" for FTTH! So they come preinstalled with fiber, so that new Fiber can be easily connected to all flats

dont even think of FTTH compatible buildings in india even in the distant future. many new buildings still face problems of water piping, electricity etc., forget fiber.
