BSNL 3G: 1GB data at Rs.139/- Prepaid

Ok I was finally able to get H and got 700 kbps type speeds too. Signal is less that's why I suppose.But still I have no place to check my 3G balance. The SMS never comes after I press 6 on the *112#

So finally the SMS came for data usage and all.
So now i have around 15.xx Rs main balance. If later i want to get the 1GB plan then should i recharge of 139 or do some normal top up and then send some SMS or something to enable to plan ?
If 139 Rs recharge is to be done then where can i do it ? Any place online ?

Hi Friends.. Cureently I am using BSNL Krishi plan (with 108 recharge of month). Last week I brougt new andriod phone.. I had made recharge of 139 also but my phone is not constantly connected to the internet.. I very embarrassed for this ..Please help what to do..?? I am in katraj area..
