Any BSNL 2G customers in tamilnadu circle having 3G phone can migrate to 3G by sending sms M3G25 for post paid ,M3G120 for prepaid and followed the procedure received through sms. Already 3G under testing in Tirunelveli,Madurai,Trichy area and launched in Nagercoil,coimbatore ,Ooty,Erode also.

can u pls info the number v have to send the sms.

Thats good news...As of my knowledge Chennai,Coimbatore,Ooty,Nagercoil,Madurai,Thirunelveli,Erode,Thiruppur and now Namakkal are under 3G coverage.I got 3G signals in Coimbatore,Thiruppur,Erode,Madurai,Thirunelveli & Nagercoil as I used to travel these places.Do anybody have the idea when it will come to Karur??

Now 3G officially launched in Kodaikanal.

According to this report Kodaikanal is the fifth town to launch 3G in Tamilnadu.It also reports that the 3G will launch in Madurai,Dindigul & Theni by the end of April.
May be the all other locations the 3G signal we receiving is part of testing.
