BSNL 3G speed problem In PC and so as u torrent

Hi guys, Yesterday i Recharged 3001 for UL data plan for 3G in my mobile N95 8GB . In the mobile the speed i am getting is 200+ but when i connect my mobile using PC Suite, i barely open any site . Some times Google takes 2 min. to open same prob. as other sites . I download using FTP from softpedia.com i am getting speed 100-150 KbPS on IDM.I tested on u torrent i get max 20 KbPS and the red /yellow icon comes in u torrent and when i checked the port forward properly or not utorrent.com says an error occurred ,the port is not forwarded properly if 3G uses dynamic IP address then I can't download using link-removed.com it says your ip xxx.xx.xx.xxx is already downloading a file wait untill it finishes I month before i used airtel gprs to download using utorrent , the icon of that comes green and shows that port is forwarded what should suggest me

low torrent speed problem ---- SOLVED
There is generic problem of LOW TORRENT SPEED amongst BSNL 3G users,
here i got anather way of downloading torrent with HIGH SPEED TORRENT
download, just follow the simple steps.
1. instal google chrome.
2. open link-removed.org
3. open "torrific.com"
1,2&3. steps are imp missing any one will not work this trick.
4. go to pirate bay select any torrent, open it and do right click on
download torrent options and select copy link address.
5. open torrific.com and in space provided in get, paste the link address,
it will show your torrent and select get options after that if you are
lucky your torrent will be avlaible for download, if not then choose
"intiate " it will show approx after how much time you will be able to download
.
now you will be able to download your torrent by any download manager and will
get high speed with bsnl 3g
